Jeremy Lim

Assoc Prof Jeremy Lim is CEO and co-founder of AMILI, the region’s first precision gut microbiome company. He is also director for global health in the National University of Singapore Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health where he leads the initiatives in health systems strengthening and universal health coverage working with governments and international organisations. He brings diverse and unique perspectives having spent substantial time in public and private healthcare across Asia as well as in policy advisory with Singapore's Ministry of Health, the World Bank and the World Health Organization.

Prior to these roles, Jeremy was a founding partner of Oliver Wyman’s Asia healthcare consulting practice where he advised some of the largest health and insurance companies across Asia.

Outside AMILI and NUS, Jeremy serves on the boards of various for-profit and not-for-profit organisations. He is chair of Dover Park Hospice, Singapore’s first purpose built hospice and vice-chair of HealthServe, a charity focused on the health needs of the migrant worker population. He also sits on the boards of HearX, a South African hearing technology company with presence in over 20 countries and Lifetrack Medical Systems, a global teleradiology SaaS company. He is an advisor to Arkam Ventures, a VC fund which focuses on the middle class in India, Verge Healthtech Fund, a global early stage healthtech VC fund and Deloitte Southeast Asia Consulting.

He trained in surgery and public health, attaining post-graduate qualifications both from the UK and US.
