Gracelyn Ho

Gracelyn possesses over 30 years of experience in C-suite, Regional and Global leadership roles at ABN AMRO, Morgan Stanley and UBS, across Capital Markets, Financial Institutions, Private Wealth, Family Offices, Corporates, Investment Advisory, Strategy, Marketing Communications and General Management.

Gracelyn has deep experience in stewardship of startups, having built and grown several banking businesses organically and profitably across geographies amidst several major financial crises, led successful teams of diverse professionals across Asia Pacific, New York and Amsterdam while managing the change and transformation in the businesses. She has also advised and mentored Singapore fintechs that work with banks and insurance companies. She was involved in several M&A opportunities in banking and was part of the management team that successfully sold a private banking business in Asia and Middle East.

Gracelyn is currently a Senior Advisor with Singapore Consultancy, serves on the Board of Leap201 Venture Philanthropy and drives its branding and communications. She is also on the Board of NUS Business School Alumni, various YMCA committees, a serial investor in startups and a speaker and moderator for tech and leadership events.
