Naithy Cyriac

Naithy is the Founder and Director of Accelevate Advisors, building a portfolio career centred on leadership, strategy, and impact. She brings close to two decades of experience in strategy consulting and investment advisory across Asia, most recently as Partner, Southeast Asia at YCP Solidiance, where she led the establishment of the firm's sustainability advisory division and headed cross-border MSME strategy work, including Malaysia's national MSME Strategic Plan 2030 in partnership with the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Cooperatives Development.

Earlier in her career, Naithy was based in Myanmar as Managing Director, advising multinational companies on market entry, investment opportunities, and competitive strategy across FMCG, healthcare, energy, and construction. She began her consulting career at Moody's Analytics Knowledge Services and Mintel, working on market entry strategy and competitive benchmarking.

Naithy holds an MBA in Strategy and Organisation from the National University of Singapore, and a BSc from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University. She is a vocal advocate for women in leadership and women in tech, and brings a candid, ground-level perspective shaped by years of navigating investment and strategy decisions across diverse, fast-changing Asian markets.
