Biography
Li-Hao has been a mentor with LinHart Group since 2025.
A former Country CEO and Group Chief, Li-Hao brings over 30 years of leadership experience across insurance, banking, and consulting in Asia. In insurance, he served as CEO of FWD Philippines and FWDs Group Chief of Agency, as Group Regional Agency Officer at AIA, and as Head of Marketing at Great Eastern. In banking, he was Head of Priority Banking Strategy and Senior Director, Group Strategy at Standard Chartered Bank. He began his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company and Bain & Company.
Li-Hao now focuses his energy on three areas: advising banks and insurers, teaching and mentoring next-generation leaders, and volunteering with several NGOs. Li-Hao holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
