Seng Kong Lim

Seng Kong brings with him more than 30 years of senior management experience. As General Manager/Managing Director with various organisations, he has full P&L responsibilities for the business and has managed various corporate functions including sales, marketing, product management, service delivery, and support functions. His key focus is to drive innovation, manage change, develop people, and build teams. This would enable organisations to reinvent themselves to thrive in the changing market environment, achieve impactful growth, and create a fulfilling work environment for employees.

Seng Kong started his career at IBM, which gave him exposure to working for a global company. He then moved to Datacraft, an Asia Pacific network systems integrator. He joined the company when they were a small set-up and experienced the growth journey to SGX main board listing. After Datacraft, he joined Singtel, which gave him the exposure of working in one of the largest companies in Singapore. With experience that spans both small and large organisations, he strongly believes in adapting one’s management approach based on the size of the organisation. Seng Kong was a board member of APT Satellite Holdings Ltd, a listed company on the Hong Kong stock exchange, providing satellite communication services. He was also ex-Chairman of the board of Grid Communications, a Singapore-based company providing Push-to-Talk services. Currently, he is involved with the board of a data center company headquartered in Singapore.

A Singaporean, Seng Kong, travels extensively and has operated in both regional and global markets. He is married with 2 children. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.
