Nikhil is a C-level leader. leadership development consultant and coach with over 25 years of industry experience. He has a track record of driving organizational change at leading financial institutions. Mentoring, training, and coaching have been core to the high-performing dynamics which are the hallmark of teams that Nikhil has built. His focus on individual and team performance has ensured the success of small teams of expert practitioners as well as globally distributed divisions of over 300 finance technology professionals.
Nikhil’s coaching approach centers around actively listening to identify and highlight fundamental questions that hold the key to unlocking profound change. These are then used as the cornerstone of a coaching partnership which is aimed at simplifying complexity and identifying practical pathways to achieve success that are both sustainable and meaningful. Nikhil has relied on this blend of insight, experience, and pragmatism to guide senior leaders and experts as they navigate professional and personal change in high-impact, fast-moving global roles.
