Biography
Eric boasts over 25 years of senior executive experience in Greater China and Asia Pacific, with a proven track record of building, scaling, and transforming businesses in industrial, logistics, and technology sectors. His extensive experience in China and ASEAN equips him with a strategic perspective and deep on-the-ground execution experience in complex and fast-evolving markets.
Eric has held leadership roles in multinational corporations, regional enterprises, and early-stage ventures, gaining a broad understanding of various ownership models and growth environments. He has led large, cross-functional teams across strategy, supply chain, business development, and operations, actively involved in market entry, scaling, and transformation initiatives across the region.
Most recently, as Chief Development Officer at YCH Group, Eric led strategic growth initiatives across Asia, including the development of a US$350 million IFC- supported logistics infrastructure project. He worked closely with government agencies, multilateral institutions, and strategic partners, while overseeing joint ventures and partnerships across China, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, and the Middle East.
In addition to his corporate career, Eric has built and scaled ventures as a tech start-up founder. Working with XNode and Singapore Deep-Tech Alliance, has advised and mentored startups and venture builders. His experience spans multinational corporations, regional enterprises, and early-stage companies, enabling him to guide senior executives and founders through a wide range of growth, transformation, and market entry scenarios across industries and geographies.
Eric holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London, with First Class Honours. He is also a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, Strategyzer (BCM & VCP) and B Corp Assessor. He is passionate about mentoring leaders to navigate complexity, scale organizations, and realize new growth opportunities across Asia.
