Catherine Cheung

Catherine brings over two decades of global leadership experience spanning strategy, operations, marketing, and organisational transformation. Her career journey cuts across Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurial ventures, and the social sector, anchored by a deep commitment to building resilient systems, empowering purpose-driven teams, and cultivating thriving cultures. She is passionate about enabling leaders to grow, evolve, and lead with intention.

Catherine began her career at Oliver Wyman in New York before joining the corporate strategy teams of Dun & Bradstreet and Starbucks. At Starbucks, she rose rapidly through the ranks to Director roles in both Global Strategy and Global Marketing, where she led multi-million dollar product lines, launched category-shaping innovations, and drove strategic growth initiatives across Asia and North America.

Following her corporate tenure, Catherine returned to Asia to lead transformation programs for global brands including InterContinental Hotels Group, Coty, and Boehringer Ingelheim. Her roles included designing and implementing programme management methodologies, orchestrating go-to-market transitions across multiple countries, and embedding cultural change frameworks to drive long-term performance.

An entrepreneur at heart, Catherine co-founded junglesuit, a fashion label celebrating urban tropical design, and previously built an e-commerce business around edible gardening. She continues to consult independently while also contributing to the social sector as an ACLP-certified trainer with the Samaritans of Singapore, where she equips frontline teams in mental health, trauma care, and suicide prevention.

Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, with dual concentrations in Finance and Management. A Canadian citizen and Singapore permanent resident, she has lived and worked across the US, Canada, and Southeast Asia. Catherine is married with 2 young children.
