LinHart's

Heritage

LinHart calls upon a deep heritage of leader-centered work in service of the greater good.

Tsun-Yan and Huijin

Tsun-Yan learned and built upon the values of professionalism from Marvin Bower, the founding father of McKinsey — guided by principles that have shaped generations of leaders worldwide.

He was similarly inspired by his grandfather Xie Gongzhan, a celebrated Chinese painter known for the Chrysanthemum — a timeless symbol of resilience and integrity that continues to inform his approach to every engagement.

Huijin also draws from the ideals of Marvin Bower and her ancestor Confucius, whose teachings on character and service remain a living compass — guiding every client engagement with wisdom and purpose.

Together

As fierce believers in the depth of human potential – to achieve and serve others – Tsun-Yan and Huijin draw on their heritage to bring discipline, dedication and devotion to every client's endeavors and personal growth.
