Chairman and Founder
Tsun-Yan Hsieh founded LinHart Group, a Leadership Solutions Provider, to help Owners, Entrepreneurs and CEOs create better business outcomes by raising leaders to their best potential. His advice is sought in Asia, North America and Europe on CEO succession and leadership effectiveness at the top.
Unique in the leadership space is his ~four decades of concurrent governance experience as Chair or member of Executive Resources & Compensation Committees of corporate boards. His current/recent board roles include Dyson, Manulife Financial, Singapore Airlines, Bharti Airtel and Sony.
He is distinctive as the first ethnic Chinese to have succeeded all the way to senior partnership with McKinsey where he had grown many businesses and leaders for clients over 30 years. A lasting gift he left behind is McKinsey's Leadership Services to help clients grow more, better leaders faster.
While he held many senior leadership roles at McKinsey such as the inaugural Chairman of Professional Development Committee and Global Leader of its Organizational Practice, he is proudest of his legacy of hundreds of McKinsey leaders who would credit their success to his mentorship.
Tsun-Yan is legendary as a prolific IP generator in CEO transition, Transformation, Business Building, Organization Design, Family Enterprises and Board Governance. Heart, Smarts, Guts & Luck — a book he co-authored on building great businesses is a New York Times and Amazon best seller published by Harvard Business Review.
Tsun-Yan holds joint appointment as Professor (Practice) at the NUS Business School and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. He contributes to community with board roles current and past including the Singapore Institute of Management (as Vice Chairman), the National University of Singapore Business School, Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School, Singapore International Foundation, the Institute of Policy Studies, the Singapore Symphony, Covenant House Canada and the University Health Network Foundation in Toronto.
Tsun-Yan is a Harvard MBA who won double gold medals reading Mechanical Engineering at the University of Alberta as a President and Colombo Plan Scholar.

Principal and Lead Counselor
Huijin, Principal of LinHart Group, works with CEOs, future CEOs, and business owners one-on-one on their most difficult professional and personal challenges, especially in leadership transitions. She leads LinHart Group’s CEO assessment practice, having worked with many CEO succession candidates and several boards and owners on CEO succession situations.
She is a driving force behind LinHart’s unique and world class capability in making deep leadership development scalable, across multiple leader segments (senior leaders, up and coming leaders, and early professionals) for business schools, government agencies and corporations. She is on the cutting edge in making higher order skill and quality development widely teachable. Her fervent belief that everyone has a leader inside of them motivates her to mentor many people and create learning environments where people awaken and uncover the leader in themselves. She also builds communities among people who are on this type of development journeys, and attracted executive mentors passionate about growing others. Her ability to navigate many generations of leaders is also unique, having co-founded a youth leadership program and now working with owners and board chairmans in their 70s.
Earlier in her career, while at McKinsey, Huijin worked with top banks in the U.S., China, and India, and served as a senior executive at an Asian media company. She had and still have a strong affinity for businesses that require innovation and transformation.
Huijin earned an MBA from Harvard Business School with distinction of Baker Scholar, and a B. Sc. in Economics, summa cum laude with perfect GPA, from the Wharton School of Business.
A Canadian born in China, Huijin is a global citizen who can operate almost anywhere.
